How do I place an order?
You can place an order on our website by selecting the product(s) you wish to purchase and adding them to your cart. Then proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Go to your order details and hit cancel. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee order cancellations as we strive to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. However, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log in to your Loomsona account to view order details and track the shipment.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
