Return & Refund Policy

Refunds
We commit to delivering high-quality products, inspected for defects and carefully packaged. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, follow these steps:
Initiating a Return
If You Checked Out with an Account:

- Navigate to Orders in your account dashboard.
- Find the item you wish to return and click on Return Order to start the return process.
If You Checked Out as a Guest:
- Scroll down to the footer of our website.
- Click on Request a Return under the customer service section.
- Fill in your information and order details to initiate the return process.
Important:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the guidelines, we will issue your refund.
- Refunds may take a couple of days to process, depending on your payment method.
Shipping
- Return shipping costs are covered by Loomsona, even if the product was shipped for free.
- Products must be securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during return.
- Please note: Loomsona is not liable for damages caused during transit or transportation.

- If we are unable to fulfill an order due to inventory issues or quality checks, we may cancel your order and issue a refund. You will be notified in advance.
